FAQ

Common questions.

Clear answers, written for real users — not boilerplate. If your issue is urgent or unusual, email support and include the details listed below.

Does MoogleWord require an account?
No. MoogleWord is designed to work without logins. Your files are stored locally on your device.
Where are my documents saved?
Your documents stay on your device in your chosen folders. If you export or share, that action is initiated by you — not automatic.
Why is my import not working?
Start by checking the file type and permissions. If you’re importing from another app, try exporting as a standard format first. If it still fails, email support with the file type, size, and what you expected to happen.
My PDF/print output looks wrong. What should I do?
Confirm your page size (A4 vs Letter) and margins. If the preview looks correct but the output doesn’t, include your device model and Android version when contacting support.
Is AI required to use MoogleWord?
No. AI features (if enabled) are optional. The editor and core writing tools are fully usable without AI.
How do I report a bug properly?
Send an email with: app version, device model, Android version, steps to reproduce, and (if possible) a screenshot or screen recording. Keep any sensitive text removed or redacted.
